Terms and Conditions of 77rr — Platform Usage Rules

01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the 77rr — available at 77rr.best — including any Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and other online entertainment services offered, you expressly acknowledge that:

• Is at least 18 years of age complete;
• You are voluntarily accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes;
• Has full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Brazilian law;
• Is not accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online betting is prohibited by law;
• Has read, understood, and fully agrees to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and the guidelines of Responsible Gambling of 77rr.

Acceptance of these terms is a mandatory condition for the use of any service by 77rr. If you do not agree with any provision herein, please stop using the platform immediately and contact our Portuguese-language support team at contato@77rr.best.

02Eligibility and Registration

To use the services of 77rr, the user must meet all eligibility requirements listed below:

• Minimum age: 18 years of age or older. 77rr performs age verification and reserves the right to request supporting documents at any time;
• Residency: the user must be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Single account: each individual may hold only one active account at 77rr. Creating multiple accounts for the same person is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved;
• Accurate information: all information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. The user takes full responsibility for the accuracy of the data submitted.

The registration process at 77rr is free and requires your full name as it appears on your ID, CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, a Brazilian mobile number, and the creation of a secure personal password. 77rr charges no fee for account registration.

Users agree to keep their login credentials — email and password — strictly confidential. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, the user must immediately notify the 77rr support team at 77rr.

03Account Verification (KYC)

The 77rr follows identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with applicable Brazilian regulations. Verification may be requested at any time and is mandatory before withdrawals are processed.

Documents that may be requested include:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport);
• Proof of residence dated within the last 3 months;
• CPF document, where required;
• A selfie holding your identity document, in specific cases.

While account verification is pending, the 77rr may temporarily suspend a user's withdrawal ability. Accounts with inconsistent documentation or showing signs of fraud may be closed following an internal review, with any available real balance returned according to the procedure described in Section 10.

04Deposits and Payment Methods

The 77rr accepts the following deposit methods, all exclusively available to payors residing in Brazil:

• Instant Pix: preferred method, with a minimum deposit of R$ 10.00 and funds credited in seconds. Compatible with any Brazilian bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and more;
• Boleto bancário: minimum deposit of R$ 20.00, credited within up to 1 business hour after payment confirmation;
• Credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and Hipercard accepted. Instant processing;
• PicPay: via available balance in the PicPay digital wallet;
• Mercado Pago: via balance or a card registered on the Mercado Pago platform.

All deposits must be made by the account holder themselves. The 77rr does not accept deposits made by third parties on behalf of the user. Deposits identified as coming from third parties will be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

The 77rr does not charge fees on deposits. Any bank or payment provider charges are the user's responsibility and subject to each financial institution's own policies.

05Withdrawals

The user may request a withdrawal of the real balance available in their account at 77rr at any time, provided the account is verified and there are no pending rollover requirements on the balance to be withdrawn.

The general withdrawal rules are as follows:

• Method: withdrawals are processed exclusively via Pix, to the Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF;
• Deadline: Pix withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes of request approval;
• Minimum amount: R$ 20.00 per withdrawal request;
• Fees: 77rr does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fees levied by the receiving bank are the user's responsibility;
• Destination account: withdrawals must be directed exclusively to a bank account held in the name of the registered user. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted;
• Mandatory verification: before the first withdrawal is processed, the account must be fully verified as described in Section 3.

The 77rr reserves the right to carry out additional checks before approving high-value withdrawals or in situations where unusual account activity is detected. In such cases, the processing timeframe may be extended until the review is complete, without this constituting negligence or a breach of contract on the platform's part.

06Sports Betting — General Rules

Sports bets placed on the 77rr follow the general rules described in this section, as well as the sport-specific rules available on each sport's page within the platform.

• Confirmation: a bet is considered valid and binding only after the on-screen confirmation is displayed and the corresponding amount is deducted from the user's balance;
• Odds: the odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply, regardless of any subsequent market changes;
• Live betting: for live betting, 77rr may reject a bet if the odds change significantly between the time of the click and confirmation. In that case, the new odds are displayed for the user to accept or decline;
• Cancelled or postponed events: if an event is cancelled before it starts, all bets are fully refunded. If it is postponed by more than 48 hours from the original scheduled time, bets are also refunded. Rescheduling within 48 hours keeps all bets valid;
• Cash Out: the Cash Out feature lets you settle a bet before the final result. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time and reflects current market odds. 77rr reserves the right to temporarily suspend Cash Out during periods of high volume or market instability;
• Betting limit: 77rr may set maximum limits per bet, per event, or per specific market, at its sole discretion.

The 77rr covers football competitions including Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Premier League, La Liga, and Champions League, as well as volleyball (Superliga, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA/UFC, e-sports, and more. Sport-specific settlement rules for each discipline are available in the platform's help section.

07Casino, Slots & Other Games

The casino games available at 77rr — including slots, live casino, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, crash games like Aviator, and game shows like Crazy Time and Monopoly Live — are operated by internationally licensed and audited software providers.

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) certified by independent bodies, ensuring fair and unpredictable outcomes;
• Live Casino tables with Portuguese-speaking dealers are streamed in real time and subject to the specific rules of each game as displayed at the table;
• The history of each gaming session is recorded and available for the user to review in the "Game History" section of the account;
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino session, affected bets are resolved according to the state of the game at the time of the interruption, in accordance with the software provider's rules;
• 77rr may remove, modify, or add games at any time without prior notice, with no obligation to compensate users as a result.

08Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

The 77rr offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms detailed on each offer's page at Promotions. The general principles that apply to all bonuses are:

• Eligibility: each promotion specifies its eligibility requirements — new registration, active player, minimum deposit, etc.;
• Rollover: bonus balance is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before it can be withdrawn. The multiplier varies by promotion and is clearly stated on each offer's page;
• Validity: bonuses have an expiration period. Bonus balance not used within that period is automatically cancelled with no credit issued to the user;
• Non-accumulation: as a general rule, two bonuses with an active rollover requirement cannot coexist on the same account. The weekly cashback is an exception and may be credited regardless of other active bonuses;
• One account per bonus: each welcome promotion is valid for a single registration per CPF, IP address, and device. Attempts to create multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and possible closure of all accounts involved;
• Bonus abuse: 77rr monitors betting patterns that indicate promotional abuse — such as placing bets on opposing outcomes to artificially meet rollover requirements. In such cases, the bonus may be cancelled at the platform's discretion.

The VIP Program of 77rr — with Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond tiers — is governed by its own rules available on the Promotions page. 77rr reserves the right to modify the benefits, eligibility criteria, and program structure at any time, with at least 7 business days' prior notice to affected members.

09Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited for users of 77rr:

• Creating more than one account on the platform for the same individual;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or in any interaction with the platform;
• Using automated mechanisms, bots, scripts, or any third-party software to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-manual way;
• Exploiting bugs, technical flaws, or system loopholes to gain an unfair advantage. Any identified bug must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illicit financial activity through the platform;
• Taking part in any form of result-fixing or manipulation of sporting events;
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to use your account;
• Placing bets using third-party funds or on behalf of third parties;
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or overload the technical infrastructure of 77rr.

Detection of any prohibited conduct may result, at the sole discretion of the 77rr, resulting in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account, cancellation of pending bets and bonuses, withholding of funds for the duration of the investigation, and notification of competent authorities when the conduct constitutes illegal activity.

10Account Closure and Suspension

The user may close their account at 77rr at any time by contacting support via live chat or at contato@77rr.best. Before closing the account, users must withdraw all available real balance. Bonus balances that have not been converted to real balance are cancelled upon account closure.

The 77rr reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Detection of fraudulent documentation or inconsistent data;
• Prohibited conduct as described in Section 9;
• Request by the user in the context of responsible gambling self-exclusion;
• Court order or request from a competent authority;
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, 77rr reserves the right to hold funds for the duration of the internal investigation, and may return only the deposit balance proven to be legitimate upon completion of the review. In cases of closure due to inactivity, the user is notified 30 days in advance to reactivate the account or request a withdrawal of the available balance.

11Limitation of Liability

The 77rr continuously works to keep the platform available, stable, and secure. However, it does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for:

• Failures, outages, or slowdowns caused by connectivity issues on the part of the user, their internet provider, or network infrastructure outside the platform's control;
• Financial losses resulting from bets placed based on outdated odds information due to a connection failure on the user's end;
• Unauthorized access to the user's account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform;
• Betting decisions made by the user — 77rr does not offer betting advice, and all outcomes are the sole responsibility of the user.

In no event shall the total liability of the 77rr owed to the user for any reason shall not exceed the real balance deposited by the user and not withdrawn in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12Responsible Gambling

The 77rr is committed to responsible entertainment and provides tools that help users stay in control of their activity on the platform:

• Deposit limits: users can set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits directly in their account settings;
• Loss alerts: notifications when the user reaches loss limits set per session or period;
• Temporary self-exclusion: account pause for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months, activated immediately by the user in their settings;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure at the user's request, irrevocable for 5 years;
• Activity history: full access to all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made on the account.

The 77rr does not allow the platform to be used by anyone under 18. If an account is suspected of being used by a minor, the platform immediately suspends access and requests document verification. 13Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

The 77rr collects, stores, and processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Lei nº 13.709/2018). All transactions and communications are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Under the LGPD, the user has the right to:

• Access the personal data that 77rr holds about you;
• Request the correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
• Request the deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in violation of the law;
• Be informed about the sharing of your data with third parties;
• Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.

14Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The 77rr reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to the user at least 7 days in advance through:

• Notification in the user's account dashboard upon login;
• Email sent to the registered address;
• Featured notice on the platform's main page.

The date of the last update to these terms is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must close your account as described in Section 10 before the new conditions take effect.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from use of the platform 77rr that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

77rr operates in compliance with Brazilian betting and gambling regulations, including the provisions of Lei nº 13.756/2018 (the Sports Betting Legal Framework) and supplementary regulations issued by the Ministry of Finance. In the event of a conflict between these terms and mandatory legal provisions, the law shall prevail.

For dispute resolution, users may also turn to available mediation channels — such as the Procon in their state or the Consumidor.gov.br platform — before taking legal action. A 77rr commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
